Our booking fee is US$30 per golfer, with a minimum of US$60 per booking. We save your card when you request a booking but charge the fee only after we confirm your tee time. If we cannot secure your booking, nothing is charged.
Each golf course sets its own cancellation charges. These typically begin around 10 days before play and vary by course, date, and group size — some courses charge earlier for weekends or larger groups. When you book, we confirm your course's specific cancellation terms in writing.
If you cancel within the course's charge window or do not show up, the course's cancellation fee — up to 100% of the green fee for a no-show — is billed to the card saved at booking. We pass through only the amount the course actually charges.
In line with standard Japanese golf practice, green fees and on-course extras (meals, locker, range balls) are settled directly at the course on the day of play. They are not prepaid. We save your card solely to apply the booking fee and any course cancellation fee described above. Nothing else is charged for rounds you play as planned.
You receive a full refund of amounts paid to us — or free rebooking — when a course closes for severe weather, in the event of a natural disaster or other force majeure, or for a verified medical emergency (documentation submitted within 72 hours). Green fees are not charged for rounds that do not take place.
Tee times and availability are ultimately controlled by each golf course. If a course changes or cancels a confirmed booking, we propose alternatives or cancel cleanly with a full refund of amounts paid to us. You never need to contact the course yourself.
To cancel or amend a booking, contact us via our inquiry form or WhatsApp. The cancellation time is recorded when we receive your request.
