Chiba Country Club's Kawama Course is a 27-hole, par-108 woodland layout in Noda, Chiba Prefecture, with a total yardage of 9,870 yards across its three 9-hole courses. The course was designed by Seizo Tomizawa and later remodeled by Taizo Kawada, and it opened for play in 1957, giving it one of the longer operating histories among courses in the region. Access from central Tokyo is straightforward: golfers can reach the club via a roughly 10-minute club bus ride from the north exit of Kawama Station on the Tobu Urban Park Line (Tobu Noda Line), or drive in from Kashiwa Interchange on the Joban Expressway (about 15-16 km) or Satte Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway (about 10.6 km). The course operates on a no-caddy, self-play basis with remote-control riding carts used by all groups. Green fees start from 12,710 yen on weekdays and 17,110 yen on weekends.
