Chiba International Country Club is a 45-hole hilly golf complex in Nagara, Chiba, opened in 1968. The two courses were designed by Asami Rokuzo and together play to a par of 180 across a total yardage of 16,090 yards. The hilly terrain places the club among the inland highland courses of the Chiba region, an area known for wooded, rolling layouts within reach of the Boso Peninsula. Carts are GPS-equipped riding carts, giving players yardage and hole information as they play, useful for visitors unfamiliar with the layout. With 45 holes on offer, golfers can play more than one round in a day or rotate between different nine-hole combinations across a stay. The scale of the complex, spanning two full courses under one design by Asami Rokuzo, makes it one of the larger golf facilities in the Nagara area of Chiba Prefecture.
