CPG Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course laid out over hilly terrain in Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture. Designed by Kokichi Yasuda, the course opened in 1961 and plays to 6,586 yards from the back tees. Rounds are carted rather than walked: players use five-seat electric remote-control carts equipped with navigation and scoring displays, and no caddy service is offered. After the round, golfers can use the on-site bath. The club is reached from JR Uchibo Line's Goi Station, where a club bus departs from the east exit on a reservation basis, or by car via the Tateyama Expressway's Ichihara Interchange. The hilly routing reflects terrain typical of inland Chiba courses built in the early 1960s, and its 1961 opening makes it one of the region's longer-established layouts.
