Eagle Point Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 woodland course in Ami, Inashiki District, Ibaraki Prefecture. Designed by Taizo Kawada and opened in 1999, the course plays to 7,292 yards from the back tees, making it one of the longer layouts in the region. The woodland setting places fairways through stands of trees typical of Ibaraki's inland courses. Access is straightforward for visitors arriving by train or car: the course sits about 10 minutes by taxi from the east exit of JR Ushiku Station on the Joban Line, and about 3 minutes from the tollgate at Ushiku-Ami Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway, making it a practical stop for golfers touring the Tokyo-Ibaraki corridor. The clubhouse includes bathing facilities for post-round relaxation. With its 1999 opening date, Eagle Point is a comparatively modern addition to Ibaraki's golf scene relative to the prefecture's older prewar and postwar-era clubs.
