Fujizakura Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course on hilly terrain in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, one of two courses at the facility. Designed by Kazuya Shimura, the course opened in 1975 and plays to a total yardage of 7,645 yards, with a back-tee yardage of 6,951 yards. It's about 6 km from Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway. Caddy service is required here, and every group is provided a caddy-accompanied riding cart rather than a self-drive option. With two courses on site, the club can host larger groups or back-to-back rounds without repeating the same layout. The hilly routing designed by Kazuya Shimura, combined with the mandatory caddy service, gives the round a more traditional, full-service character than many self-drive courses in the region.
