Ginoza Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course in Ginoza, a village in northern Okinawa's Kunigami district. Opened in 2004 and designed by Yoshihiko Komuro, the course plays to 6,558 yards from the back tees over hilly terrain typical of the northern part of the island. It is reached via the Ginoza interchange on the Okinawa Expressway, putting it within a manageable drive of both central Okinawa and the resort areas further north. As a full-length par-72 layout, it offers a complete 18-hole test in a part of Okinawa known for its hills rather than the flatter terrain closer to Naha. The course's 2004 opening makes it a relatively modern addition to Okinawa's golf scene, and its Komuro design places it among Japanese-designed courses built to work with, rather than flatten, the island's natural hilly ground.
