Golden Cross Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Chonan, Chosei District, Chiba Prefecture. Designed by Mitsuaki Kobayashi, the course opened in 1996 and plays to a total yardage of 6,822 yards, the longest of the courses clustered in this part of the Chonan hilly belt. The layout follows the rolling inland terrain of the Boso Peninsula. Golfers can reach the club by taxi, roughly ten minutes from Otaki Station on the Isumi Railway, or by car via the Ichihara-Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. The course is located near Toyo Country Club and Great Island Club, both also in Chonan, forming a group of courses within the same district. Its 1996 opening makes it the newest of the three neighboring clubs.
