Kochi Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-71 hilly course in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, playing to 6,016 yards from the back tees. The course opened in 1958, originally laid out by Nobukatsu Marumo, and underwent a full renovation in 1995 under the supervision of Toharu Tobari. The hilly terrain runs through the outskirts of Kochi City, roughly 6.8 kilometers from JR Kochi Station and about 8 kilometers from the Kochi Interchange on the Kochi Expressway. The clubhouse includes a bath facility for golfers after their round. With a history stretching back to the late 1950s and a significant redesign in the mid-1990s, Kochi Golf Club combines an established layout with more contemporary course architecture. Its location near central Kochi City and the JR station makes it accessible for golfers arriving by train as well as by car, and the on-site bath adds a post-round option not found at every course in the region.
