Lake Hamamatsu Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The layout was designed by Taizo Kawada with course supervision by professional golfer Masahiro Kuramoto, and opened in 1991. From the back tees the course measures 7,041 yards, one of the longer layouts in the region, set across hilly terrain in the Inasa area northwest of central Hamamatsu. Access is straightforward for visitors: the course sits about 3 km, roughly a 4-minute drive, from Hamamatsu-Inasa Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, and it is reachable from JR Hamamatsu Station in about 50 minutes by car. That combination of expressway proximity and station access makes it a workable stop for golfers routing through the Tokyo-Nagoya corridor via the Tomei. As a single-course club, all operations run through the one 18-hole layout, with Kuramoto's involvement in course supervision giving it a competitive-golf pedigree relative to purely resort-oriented courses in the area.
