Muroran Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course on hilly terrain in Muroran, Hokkaido, designed by Seiichi Inoue and opened in 1965. From the regular tees it plays 6,186 yards, extending to 6,795 yards from the back tees. Caddy service is available on an optional basis, and the club has an on-site bath facility for after the round. Access is straightforward by car, with the Dōō Expressway's Muroran interchange only about two minutes from the clubhouse; by train, JR Higashi-Muroran Station is roughly 20 minutes away by taxi. As one of Seiichi Inoue's designs from the mid-1960s, the course sits among his body of work from that period built into Hokkaido's hilly coastal terrain, and its proximity to the expressway interchange makes it an easy stop for golfers touring the Muroran and Toya area.
