The three nine-hole courses were designed by Asami Rokuzō and Asami Katsuichi and play to a combined 10,351 yards. The clubhouse is located at Shimonanma-machi 982-2, Kanuma. Caddy service is available on an optional basis, and the facility includes an on-site bath. Golfers can reach the club by a club bus from Shin-Kanuma Station on the Tobu Nikko Line, which runs on weekdays by reservation, or by taxi in about 15 minutes; by car, Kanuma Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway is about 9 kilometers away, roughly a 13-minute drive. With three separate nines, the club can host larger groups or offer variety across an 18-hole round drawn from the three courses. The combination of hilly terrain and a 1975 opening places Nanmairo among the longer-established clubs in the Kanuma golf area.
