Nasu Chifuri Lake Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course set in the hilly terrain of Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture, at 豊原乙2486-5 in Nasu-machi. Designed by J. Michael Poellet, the course opened in 1993. Total yardage runs 6,168 yards from the regular tees, extending to 6,582 yards from the back tees, giving players a choice of length depending on skill level. The course is reached via JR Shin-Shirakawa Station or by car through the Nasu Kogen Smart IC, placing it within the wider Nasu highland resort area known for its cooler summer climate. Players move around the course in electromagnetic guided, remote-control riding carts that seat up to five people, a setup common at hilly Japanese courses to manage terrain changes efficiently. After the round, golfers can use the onsen bathing facility on site, a feature drawn from the volcanic hot-spring water sources in the Nasu region.
