Ohtone Country Club is a 36-hole woodland facility in Bando, Ibaraki Prefecture, at Shimodeshima 10, comprising two 18-hole courses with a combined par of 144 and total yardage of 14,089. Designed by Seiichi Inoue and opened in 1960, the club is one of the larger golf facilities in the Kanto region, offering two full rounds' worth of woodland golf on a single site. Golfers arriving by train can reach the club via Moriya Station on the Tsukuba Express line, about 35 minutes from Akihabara, with a club bus or taxi covering the final leg. By car, the club is around 15 minutes from Bando IC on the Ken-O Expressway, or about 25 minutes from Yawara IC on the Joban Expressway. With two courses under one roof, the club can accommodate larger groups or repeat play across a single visit, and its position between the Tsukuba Express corridor and the Ken-O and Joban Expressways gives golfers flexibility in how they travel from Tokyo.
