Royal Takamatsu Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Ayagawa-cho, Ayauta District, Kagawa Prefecture, on Shikoku. The course plays 6,690 yards and was designed by architect Ryuji Kagami, opening in 1975. Its hilly routing sets it apart from flatter seaside or parkland courses, following the natural contours of the terrain. Access to the club is by car: it sits about 45 minutes from JR Takamatsu Station and roughly 30 minutes from Takamatsu Chuo Interchange, making a private vehicle or taxi the practical way to reach the course from central Takamatsu or the expressway network. At 6,690 yards for a par-72 layout, the course offers a mid-length test across its hilly terrain. Having opened in 1975, Royal Takamatsu Country Club is among the longer-established golf facilities in Kagawa Prefecture, with more than five decades of history on the same hillside site in Ayagawa-cho.
