Tsuruma Country Club is a 36-hole woodland course in Ichihara, Chiba, made up of two 18-hole layouts designed by Seiichi Inoue and opened in 1971. The course plays to 6,940 yards from the back tees. The club is located at 1293-2 Tao, Ichihara City, and is reached by car via the Ken-O Expressway / Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway's Ichihara-Tsurumai interchange. Caddies are available on an optional basis, and players get around in 5-seat electromagnetically guided carts. The club has on-site bathing facilities for use after the round. Designed by Seiichi Inoue, one of Japan's best-known golf course architects, and dating to 1971, Tsuruma Country Club offers two full-length 18-hole routings through wooded terrain within easy reach of the Ken-O Expressway.
